The rewards program described by Menchie’s current rewards page and FAQ, reviewed October 1, 2026.
How do points work?
Register in the Menchie’s app, then scan your Earn QR code at the register. Earn one point per dollar on eligible in-store purchases. Every 75 points unlocks a $6 reward. Registration includes 25 bonus points.
What are the tiers?
Bronze has no minimum spend. Silver requires $250 annual spend and includes a $6 tier-up bonus. Gold requires $500 and includes a $12 tier-up bonus. Birthday rewards are $6, $8, and $10 respectively.
When can I use a birthday reward?
The birthday reward window is seven days before through seven days after your birthday. Check the dates displayed in the app.
Can I combine rewards?
Only one reward may be used per transaction, and the purchase total must exceed the reward value. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
What about gift cards and delivery?
Buying a gift card does not earn points; eligible in-store redemption can. Third-party takeout and delivery orders do not earn points.
How long does my tier last?
Tier status lasts 12 months after it is unlocked. Qualifying annual spend resets in January.
Do points or rewards expire?
The current FAQ says rewards earned from purchases do not currently expire. Points and promotional or birthday rewards may expire; check their terms in the app.
Can I add a past purchase?
Points must be earned at the time of the transaction and cannot be added to earlier purchases.
How do I manage my account?
Use More → Account in the app for notification preferences or an account-removal request. Use the Rewards tab to review balances and offer terms.
